However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason; you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its packaging within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. We shall issue 100% refund of the cost of the product.

For issue with Wrong Products , Missed quantity and damaged product, unpacking / unboxing video is must to get approval

Do Not Accept Tempered , Damaged or Pasted Taped Shipment 

Please note that we are not accepting any returns for customized stitched clothing.
You need to raised Request through Email Us or Whatsapp Support Number before returning any products. Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for any kind of refund of payments.

Returns would not be allow for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade kurtis, menswear, gowns or pre-stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.

As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse you will get 100% amout refund.

After placing the order customer can cancel the order Before Order Shipped , Once Order was Shipped From Our side cancellation not Possible . And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode ( as Above Mention ) within 10 working days.
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
In case of product return, we will issue a refund once we receive the product back at our office and No Any Charges shall be paid by the customer.
For any mutually agreed returning products the address where customer have to send products will be on concern address and we Paid Shipping charges as same Forward Shipping Charge
